Positive: Location was good right in between two interstates, near restaurants and shopping. Rooms were nice & bed was comfy.
Negative: Low staff, computers not working. I tried to check in 25 minutes early was turned away the room wasn't ready and when asked if it would be in 25 minutes was to told maybe.should be. Returned at 4:10 and walked into a lobby full of others waiting to check-in. With one person behind the desk, a trainee and only one computer. Was terrible. Couldn't use the pool because of soo many kids. Adult hours would be nice..I paid for amenities that I couldn't use. We had a fire alarm go off...even after cleared it continued for a while. But zero info given to guests as to why they went off in the 1st place.

Negative: Right after I fell asleep the fire alarms went off for an hour. Then they eventually went off. And then started again, just beeping a few times, stopping for a minute or two and then beeping again. This continued for another half hour. I tried calling the front desk but no one answered. Then when we woke up the elevator was broken and we had to walk down 4 flights of stairs with a bum knee.
