Positive: The hotel was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. The location was convenient, and overall the facilities were good.
Negative: The housekeeping was disappointing. I stayed for four nights, but the room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom towels were never replaced during my entire stay, and the overall cleaning standard was below my expectations.

Negative: The room was very small and extremely basic. * There was no wardrobe, refrigerator, desk, or proper seating area. * The only furniture was a small shelf and a single chair. * The room was too warm, and the air conditioning was centrally controlled, so it couldn’t be adjusted. * The walls had very poor sound insulation. * The breakfast was very limited, with almost no variety.
