Positive: It’s close to the Xiamen Airport especially it’s convenient for the late flights.

Negative: The coffee is a bit too bitter to me.

Positive: Clearly a 5-star hotel, well maintained. Appears to cater to business travellers but also suitable for travelling families. There's a nice garden to the left of the hotel with some animals on display. Friendly reception staff.

Negative: It's an excellent hotel. There's nothing I can fault. Please keep up the great work.

Positive: The environment of the resort is beautiful. The onsite restaurants are excellent and great value for money. Lots of great facilities, swimming pool, gym, kids play area etc. breakfast is phenomenal with Japanese, Western and Chinese options. The staff were kind and welcoming.

Negative: The decor in the villa bedrooms is worn but otherwise the villa provides a good option for larger groups. Deluxe rooms in Xin Yue building are much higher standard. Cleanliness was adequate but could be improved so that floors and corners are cleaner. The facilities are spread out over many buildings so you have to walk or take the free buggy shuttle to each place, this is only a minor inconvenience.

Positive: We stayed in the Japanese villa and it was awesome.

Negative: 1- The front desk staff is a bit cold and not too welcoming and warm enough : ) 2- Breakfast is ok but we have to paid for 3 more pax, not too good value for 88RMB per pax (6 of us lived in the 3 bedrooms Japanese villa but was only given 3 free breakfast)

Summary: A nice, spacious and old fashion hotel with excellent villa setup for very comfortable setup
