Positive: Very clean and comfortable in a good position for the historic area of the city. We arrived well before check-in time, but we were given tea and snacks, and then our luggage was stored while we explored the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Positive: The hotel is well designed and spacious, with its own style. It is in a quiet, relaxing part of Anping district. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Big thanks to William from the front desk, who helped with a couple of things in very efficient manner.

Positive: The staffs were super friendly. The second day of stay was a day off due to the typhoon, but they still kindly opened the souvenir shop for us (and we didn’t buy anything at the end :p). The food was awesome, especially the breakfast. They also served afternoon tea!

Negative: There could be more hanging places in the room for towels. Otherwise, everything was excellent.
