Summary: I stayed here for a couple of nights. It has a great breakfast and lots of interesting stuff but it’s all chinese- not tibetan

Summary: The check in was easy. The hotel has a lot going on but none of it is authentic Tibetan. Most staff is chinese, most stuff is not Tibetan artisan made it is factory Chinese made trying to look Tibetan. I would love to see this hotel being more authentic then it would be fabulous. As it is it is simply a nice hotel.

Summary: A very good five star hotel that makes you feel at home and as if you were in Tibet. Slept very well and the staff is very attentive and makes sure your stay in comfortable. It's in a good location close to the center of the city and close enough to visit the sites by taxi or by subway. Lots of good food nearby also. We actually cancelled another hotel we were going to visit to stay in this one for another night.

Summary: Nice location about 5 minute walk from Subway. Always cabs available outside of hotel. Nice breakfast included with many western and Asian styled options. The BEST pillows I have ever slept on in my life. Perfectly fluffy and the softest cases. I slept so well in my room. Bathroom had nice amenities (body lotion, dental kit, shaving kit, etc.). Air conditioning didn't get as cold as I would have liked but other than that everything was great!
