Positive: In general the appartments are very good and comfortable.
Negative: The block of appartments is managed by several companies but there is not a good coordination to solve problems of the residents. We rented two appartments, for one of them we got the email about access code only in the afternoon of the arrival date. There is one person at reception who is usually totally unhelpful. If we did not know the room number of our reservation, and provide only our name, he was not willing to do anything to help us. The curtains of the appartment did not work, they are permanently closed and the system to lift them did not work properly; not in one, but in both apartments! After telling the receptionist, again they could not do anything: they had to contact some subcontracted company which never did anything. We had allergy to the synthetic material in the bed covers provided; they did not have any alternative. Because the receptionist is there only for security, there is nothing he can do: he has not other blankets, and there is no one responsible for solving these type of issues. The appartments are very nice but I think you cannot keep subcontracting different companies for every part of the building management and in the end have no one who is responsible for helping your customer when some problem that was not foreseen arises.
Summary: A very nice new residential building which has various issues to be solved after it recently opened.

Positive: Great location, nice gym, comfortable and stylish apartment.
Negative: The neighbor playing music until 3-5am, making the walls vibrate- ear plugs didn't help. And the dryer machine made a loud constant high pitch noise when in use however it did not heat up so my clothes were damp despite several settings/cycles. The host responded quickly.
Summary: Overall it was a good stay.

Positive: Very much like in the photos. It was modern and clean, with good quality appliances and utensils. The bed was very soft, which I found comfortable.
Negative: The blinds were not very good at keeping the light out. I would have preferred it darker. Some night stand and floor lamps would have been nice. The apartment has only ceiling lamps.
