Positive: Loved the coach house pub, which made for a superb new year venue with the family. Short drive to many beaches & walks. Exceptionally warm cosy cottage with plenty of room & log fire for the evenings. Kitchen was a dream to cook in with plenty of utensils to cater for a large gathering, the addition of the sofa seating areas allows people to gather chat & socialise with a glass of wine while cooking.

Negative: nothing.

Positive: Plenty of space for us all. Fully equipped kitchen etc. Very comfortable. Pub is just perfect. Owner is very responsive and couldn't be any more helpful.

Negative: Oven is a faff to use but a youtube tutorial helped solve that.

The preservation of the former bar lounge is a notable asset, providing complimentary recreational amenities such as a pool table and dartboard, complemented by ample seating. The sitting room television provided comprehensive access to streaming services, including Disney+, Netflix, Prime Video, Sky TV and more services. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the storage and hanging space were plentiful. The dining table was appropriately sized for group gatherings. The kitchen featured an additional dining table and seating, a sofa, and a walk-in pantry equipped with all necessary utensils. There was a utility room area with 2 washing machines, dog items such as bowls, bed and towels etc. The owners provided a detailed information pack, including operational manuals for appliances and information regarding local points of interest, complete with postcodes. The only area for potential improvement would be the addition of a name plaque to the property's exterior. While the provided information includes parking instructions and an aerial view, the absence of a street-level visual in the property photos made initial identification challenging. We have already secured a rebooking for the following year, reflecting our high level of satisfaction and the excellent value provided.
