Positive: Clayton and Emma are the best! Amazing communication, felt super welcomed upon arrival, got checked in on to make sure everything was good and was super helpful throughout our stay! The cabin is such a beautiful place to stay at and had everything we needed. Definitely will be coming back all good vibes for sure :)

Positive: The great service and responsiveness from clayton and emma was a big standout in what made our trip in Hakuba so special. We could rely on them for questions about ski resorts, trips to the supermarket, picking us up from the train station, how to work things in the cabin as well as their recommendations on which ski rental shop to go to. Their knowledge was unmatched and we couldn't have asked for better hosts. The cabin itself was idyllic and quaint with great up to date appliances and amazing heating. the beds were so comfortable especially after a long day of skiing and the location was perfect. Almost being ski in ski out from Happo One and being so close to bus stops taking you to other resorts, as well as its proximity to Echoland's main street. Couldn't recommend more to anyone with a small group!!!!
