Summary: There is nothing bad about this property but it is average overall. The lack of ability to see the outside world (balcony was completed frosted glass and couldn’t see out) and the TV was the cheapest one so sound was terrible and it had been assembled incorrectly were the only not so great things. As it’s run by a big company it is kitted out with the absolute minimum amount of things and the absolute cheapest of things. So overall it was fine and clean and tidy but very average

Summary: We stayed for 10 days and on arrival we were met by an awful stench which by the end of our stay we started to accept it as the smell of the whole complex. The walls between the units are very thin and offered no noise suppression at all. Any movement on the floor above us seemed amplified (Furniture movement / walking etc). There are no drawers available at all for personal items such as underwear, shorts, t'shirts etc. We found ourselves living out of our suitcases for the entire stay except for hanging items which there was plenty of space for. On the second Sunday night we were there, there was a very noisy party going on in one of the units above us which resulted in a call to police. They did not attend but the yelling, swearing and fighting did not stop till about 2.00 AM. Similar happened the following night only not as loud (Mother and son yelling) till about 1.00 AM. Unfortunately the sliding doors on the laundry prevent the washing machine being used when the line is extended. The unit caters for 4 people in every aspect except the lounge area which is really only comfortable for 2. Otherwise the unit was clean and well equipped.

Summary: Comfortable 2bdm. Property easy to access and conveniently located. Some eateries within walking distance. Great childrens park across from complex. Had a 6 night stay.

Summary: High density apartment living. Heavy foot traffic in L2 corridor and regular slamming of the fireproof door outside our apartment. Common areas and car park not very clean but overall it’s a great place to drop your bags and rest for the night. Beds were comfy (very important) and kitchen was spotless. Balcony overlooking the park was a great place to relax at the end of the day. Close to beach, shops & cafes. Shower caddies needed in both bathrooms.

Summary: Absolutely loved staying here. The cleanest place iv EVER stayed in. Was in immaculate condition. Would defiantly stay here again if I came back to Perth

Summary: Property very clean and handy to shops, the codes for entry gate and the room can be confusing to start with and with no reception on site you have to ring if there is a issue, which is a pain if they don’t answer
