Positive: Location was excellent - very close to the High Street & you could do a number of walks from your doorstep. Apartment was very comfortable, warm, clean & tidy. Nicely furnished, kitchen well equipped & plenty of storage space. Having off street, gated parking was an also bonus.
Negative: There were a few minor issues that could easily be resolved: - Couldn’t use lamp in hallway as socket didn’t work - Bulb not working by main door in hallway. - Couldn’t use TV in bedroom as it needed retuning & we gave up after a couple of goes. - Shower gel & shampoo bottles in both bathrooms were either very low or empty, so we had to purchase some ourselves. However, the main problem was the size of the bed in room with en-suite. The frame was so bulky you had to squeeze round it to get in/out of bathroom (& somehow try not to tread on the curtains!) The same size bed with a straighter frame would have given much more room.

Positive: Nice appartment in a nice safe area, close to shops, restaurants and pubs. Check in and out was easy using a keypad. Would stay again.
Negative: We only had 3 forks and 3 spoons for family of 4. Floor a little squeeky but appartment was nice.
Summary: Modern, clean well kep appartment close to pubs, coffee shops and restaurants.

Positive: Lovely apartment, tastefully decorated and furnished. Parking.
Negative: A few things in need of attention. No shower gel or shampoo left in en- suite bathroom and bottles in need of a clean. We left note in apartment. Umbrella not useable as broken. Curtain rail not secure in wall in first bedroom and curtain hooks missing in bedroom with ensuite. Very little room to squeeze past bed in larger bedroom. Coat hanger bracket coming out of wall in porch. When paying this level of price for accommodation, would expect these things to not be an issue. Also, would have been nice to have had some courtesy pods for Nespresso and the opportunity to purchase more if needed rather than having to go out to buy some. Also some complimentary milk. Basic tea and coffee making facilities usually means this provided. We had travelled a long way and the last thing we wanted was to go shopping for these so, didn't use it which would have been good! Overall - a beautiful apartment but hospitality and attention to detail was a little lacking.

Positive: Gorgeous apartment and very close to the town centre. It had a well equipped kitchen and cosy lounge area. Very nice bathrooms with upmarket toiletries, and the bed was so comfortable, with luxurious bedding. I had a perfect stay, and Kassi was so friendly and great to deal with. I would definitely recommend this beautiful apartment.
