Positive: Nice view even in a non view room, very helpful staff, very clean room and a very nice bathroom. Nice smelling soaps and very spacious design.

Negative: The bathrooms appliances (shower head, fountain) were coated with chalk, which was as hard as cement. The bathtub has such an odd shape to it that I really wonder who would enjoy sitting in it. Large enough to drown a Korean in it, but too small for an European to lay in. Also takes ages to fill. The location would do well with some english explanation for how things work around the place. Location was so so. Theoretically bus stops are nearby. Practically they either run at odd times or you gotta go further to reach one of the ones that are closer. Also weird to see metal shops (welding, etc.) and menial work so close to a hotel.

Summary: Nice staycation.

Positive: Fantastic hotel!!! located in a central location for all Busan attractions, close to the ktx station. It is facing the ocean where you can take beautiful walks. The thing that surprised me the most was the staff, super friendly and always willing to give you information and advice. They speak English very well, which is not very common in Busan. My room was very clean and equipped with all comforts, hair dryer, creams for him/her, beard foam, kettle and soluble coffee (really good), plus the hotel also has laundry service which is free and easy to use.

Positive: The personal service, they are very kind. I ask for help to renting a car and the guy that was there, make my a list. The breakfast was included and it was also nice. Thank you for everything :)
