Positive: Location was perfect. Would be great for family with teenagers due to two living areas. Gas fireplace was awesome.

Negative: Directions to outside trash bin. Its actually up the hill, too far to walk with trash. Thought it was too much to ask for housekeeper tip after already paying cleaning fee.
