Positive: This is a lovely 2 bedroom house. It's very comfortable. It's located about 15 minutes from Yosemite's south entrance.

Negative: The kitchen needs a bit of updating. The gas stove needs to be lit using a BBQ lighter. The kitchen was clean, well stocked with dishes and utensils. It's just that the stove is a bit tricky.

Positive: Location, location, location. The house is literally 5 min drive from Mariposa welcome center. The house is very neat and more than enough space for a family of 4. We have an EV so the supercharger at the hotel across the street was also a huge plus.

Negative: The kitchen stove does not work, was instructed to use lighter to the fire on but the lighter itself was old and out of gas - it was stressful to turn it on every time. A sponge in the kitchen counter was old and gross, should have been provided with a new one.
