Positive: Spacious, cozy, felt like home. Great location for Yosemite. Kitchen well equipped, all new stuff. Nice barbecue area outside. Kids loved the river!
Negative: The house was very clean, except for the garage, which was like a construction site. Should be fine, being a garage, but then do not call it a bedroom, as it would be impossible to sleep there (the house has 3 amazing bedrooms, not 4, and description was not clear on that). Pool/tennis table pretty beaten up, kids disappointed on that.
Summary: Would stay again, felt like home near Yosemite!

Positive: The updated home was nice. The main bathroom shower had an electronic temperature control - loved it. Plenty of beds in the rooms. Nice quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac. Having a motion activated light by the front door was nice when we arrived at night in the dark. The garage area had a ping pong/pool table, but we didn't see any balls for the pool table. South Gate Brewing Company is close and had good food.
Negative: Almost everything was great - the only minor things were that the walls and area rugs weren't that clean - there were quite a few marks on some of the walls and the area rugs showed signs of wear (dirt, curling). These were just minor things that didn't affect our overall stay - just some suggestions for maintenance for future guest stays. The entry/exit instructions also needed one additional step - it just said to enter a code, but it should also say, "...and turn the lock knob clockwise/counter-clockwise to unlock/lock the door." Just entering the code by itself does not lock/unlock the door. We tried to call customer service, but they didn't know either. We figured it out, but it took a little while.
Summary: We loved our stay - great quiet location close to small river.

Positive: Location is good for travelling to Yosemite. The house here is wonderful! Pretty clean bed, good view and being so comfort!
Negative: The door of main bedroom's bathroom automatically became locked after someone came out, and we cannot get into it now.
