We are located on the quiet, serene side of the island, just 40 minutes from the Georgetown Airport. 'Gardens of the Kai Condos' feature a relaxed and restful atmosphere with pristine views and beautiful tropical gardens. Walk out the extra large screened in lanai, and within steps be transported directly to paradise. Crystal blue waters, a gentle breeze, and oscillating palm trees encompass your view. A fresh water sparkling pool can also be found on the property for those who choose this option.
This 1100 square foot home features 1 bedroom/1 bath . The beautiful open floor plan with Caribbean-style furniture is in excellent condition. Soft baby-blue accents can be found in the fully stocked kitchen along with microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker to name a few extra amenities. A washer/dryer unit is featured within the home. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, television, and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has his and her sinks, a large shower-tub unit, and a separate toilet. A walk-in closet offers plenty of space for your belongings.
Large floor to ceiling slider doors open up to the lanai from both the kitchen and living-dining room area. The lanai showcases a tile floor, white wicker furniture, and a ceiling fan. Summary: Beautiful property. Great view. House was lovely and enjoyed the view from the lanai. Kaibo marina and restaurant was right across the street. Took a snorkling and Stingray City tour from marina. Rode the bikes (provided at property) to Starfish point. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

Summary: This beautiful bungalow was the perfect and quiet location. The drive wasn't bad to all the great locations and fun outings. If you look at the road map, there are short cuts to George Town. We had such a great time.

Summary: Garden of the Kai was paradise . Mitchell was excellent at responding to my many questions and Thelda helped facilitate our grocery order since we were coming in on a Sunday. Decorated beautifully and comfortable and just steps from the beach. If you want to be in the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas, this isn't the place, but if you want peace and relaxation in paradise, this is it.

Summary: We have visited Grand Cayman several times, and this is by far our favorite location. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The property was as described. It was very clean, and well supplied with all we needed. It was a quiet area, and exactly what we were looking for. The beach is very nice, and we enjoyed using the pool each afternoon. You can watch the sunset from the beach each evening, and can walk across the street to Kaibo for lattes, or a meal. Rum Point is also right down the road. If you are looking for a quiet area to relax in beautiful surroundings then this is the place.

Summary: The Gardens of Kai are the best location on all of Grand Cayman as far as we are concerned. We loved the peace and quiet, the easy waterfront, walk to Starfish Point. Garden11 was the perfect accommodation with the right amenities.
