Summary: Stayed for 2 weeks in the two bedroom section of the house. Fantastic views from the balcony and pool. Great pool for relaxing by. Private estate so it felt very secure. 10 mins to Mandelieu and Theole for great beaches and restaurants . Close to Cannes, Frejus, Lac Cassien and up into the hills. Super hosts Maxime and Odile made us all feel very welcome and we will definitely return in the future. Ideal for a family of 4 and the pool is great for little ones.

Summary: Authentic house and Cote D'Azur atmosphere hidden in the hills. Lovely hosts Odile and Maxime who provided good tips for sightseeing and restaurants. Next Supermarket and Restaurants are 10 minutes away by car. Was a very relaxing stay and a place to come back.

Summary: We stayed for a week in the two-bedroom apartment as a family of four. The swimming pool was a real highlight for the children and very well cared for. The property is situated in the mountains between Cannes and Frejus making it an ideal location for exploring all the wonderful places in the area. A week really was not long enough and we hope to return.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property between Cannes and Fréjus. Maxine and Odile were very helpful, helping us to find some great activities. The accommodation was well-kept and spacious, with a great view overlooking the valley. The swimming pool is clean and peaceful and the children made great use of it. We look forward to visiting again in the future, thanks Maxine and Odile!

Summary: Very clean and well presented with helpful hosts. Kitchen small and if weather very hot or breezy outdoors bar be que is not allowed as high fire risk area so if you are a keen home cook this might not be your ideal property...we visited local restaurants closest 10km away.. and made light snacks whilst at home. We had no problems or concerns whilst sharing the pool area as this area is fully managed with well enforced rules. The pool has easy access for all abilities and we could not fault this area in any way. Beautiful setting ..very restful and peaceful. Perfect base to explore the region especially the coast from Nice to St Tropez but a car is vital. We spent 1 week at this property but it wasn't long enough to explore the area adequately..a return trip required!!

Summary: Location was really nice and it looks just like in the pictures. We had the apartment on the top floor, 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room ( with a sofa bed), adorable terrace with BBQ and kitchen. Very nice and friendly hosts. Although there are 4 more families in place ( the owners, plus 3 more family tenants) it felt quite private and we never had a problem with having super crowded pool or noise or something like that. We received a key to have access to the main gate ( there is a gate at the entrance of the residential park) and the house itself so besides having independence it felt safe. We were with our 9 months old baby and the pool was ideal for her as it has different levels very convenient for babies. On the other hand I saw a lot of little tiles missing or getting detached in the shallow area of the pool and I was afraid she or even us could get hurt. Although we enjoyed our stay very much we felt there were some things which can be improved. Maybe in the past it was ok with closing the windows during the day to keep the place fresh but under temperatures reaching the 30 degrees in summer its impossible to sleep at night without air conditioning or fans (none of them available) . Several times I mentioned this to the owners but they told me I had to close the windows/curtains during the day and open them at night which we did but it was still very hot plus we got bitten by mosquitos especially the baby. Only the day we left they told us we could have asked for a fan ( We never used Abritel -Homeaway before so we are used to AirBnB which means whatever its not in the house is not available). In the kitchen we felt like we could have had better/more pots. There has a huge pan, a huge pot and a very tiny pot but nothing in between. As I said it could improve but it didn’t ruin our stay as most of the time we had bbq outside which was great. Everything else like coffee maker, fridge and microwave was available. What really shocked us was the deposit. 500 euro ( you don’t need to pay that with AirBnB) which is taken from your credit card since the moment of the check in until more than a week after check out. The owners checked themselves the apartment when just before we left so we don’t understand why its just reported to Abritel – Home Away only a week later (that’s when we got the email about reimbursement) . A big Geant supermarket is within 15 min drive as well some other stores such as H&M Thank you Odile and Maxim

Summary: If you're looking for a wonderful villa in a stunning setting in the Cote d `Azur then look no further. Reasonably priced, the owners, Odile and Maxime are lovely and very knowledgable about the local area. Recommendations for the Gorge de Verdon is a must. We stayed in the Grand Large apartment, with 2 teenage daughters. The weather was very hot and air conditioning would have been nice for sleeping, but otherwise fantastic. Views from the balcony overlooking the hillside with he bay in the distance were simply stunning. The grounds include a beautiful infinity pool, with the whole pool area modern and well equipped as far as loungers etc go. I can genuinely say you will not be disappointed if you stay here and we are definitely hoping to go back again next year, which is the best recommendation I can give. Located 20 minutes from the nearest major town for shopping etc, its close enough for what you need whilst far enough away to enjoy the tranquility. Thank you Odile and Maxime for a wonderful time and hope to see you again soon

Summary: We, a family of Four, had a wonderful week in the the appartment Le Grand Large. There is a Nice pool, which is Shared with the other guests. Very Nice host couple, who help with all sorts of things including finding tourist attractions and booking Seats at restaurants. From the House there is a spectacular mountain view. We would be happy to return.
