Positive: The place was very beautiful and felt extremely safe. It's located in a gated condominium with security at the entrances, which gave us peace of mind. The area was quiet, and the neighbors were respectful and calm. Overall, a very pleasant and peaceful stay
Negative: Unfortunately, the security staff lost my driver's license when I left it with them upon arrival. However, the host took full responsibility and immediately offered a compensation, which really showed how much they care about providing excellent customer service. That gesture made a big difference and left a very positive impression despite the inconvenience
