Summary: The backyard is a great space and the kids loved all the available games. The kitchen table is great for a large family to eat together. The four main bedrooms were as pictured and comfortable to sleep in with room darkening curtains. Of importance to us was the bunk room which is actually a converted garage. The space is well setup but if you have small curious children like we do, the side door goes directly out to the front of the house. There was no crib or highchair as advertised in the listing. Fortunately we checked ahead of time and the owners confirmed the items were not available. They were very responsive before and during our trip and even sent gardeners over to cleanup after a storm. The place was very neat but could really use a deep cleaning. The neighborhood was quiet, we actually never heard or saw any of the neighbors during our 5 day trip.

Summary: I booked this property with friends. We were in town for a cheer competition and made a mini vacation out of the trip. The house had lots of amenities and the location was great. Nice quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the backyard. We spent lots of time laying around the pool,relaxing in the hot tub and having late night conversations around the fire pit. The owners were great and really quick to respond to any of my questions

Summary: Our stay at Max and Jeremy's Mesa home was absolutely awesome! They made the check-in and check-out process as easy as can be and made sure we had everything we needed for an epic stay. The house itself is perfect for a group getaway with ample seating inside, tons of beds, a fully equipped kitchen, TVs in every room, and a huge backyard to soak up the AZ sun. I can't thank these guys enough for opening their home to us.

Summary: We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for the last few days. Traveling with four teenage girls always makes for challenges but having a room specifically for the group of them made life better for everyone. This home is beautiful and has anything and everything you could need for a fun but relaxing stay. The owners are very kind and communicate well throughout the process. Highly recommend a stay here.

Summary: First off, the house is amazing. I had a reunion with 11 of my military buddies and they absolutely loved this place. The place has many sitting areas to relax and many activities to keep a large group busy. There are TV's in every room. We played cornhole, inside video games and golfed on the putting green. The only issue we had was the 2nd day we were there the front bathroom toilet handle broke. I notified Jeremy and told him we were going to be out of the house that afternoon and by the time we got back he had it replaced (and even left us a dozen donuts). Communication with Jeremy was great, he got back to me right away with answers to any questions I had. We really loved this house and would definitely stay here again. Thanks again Jeremy and Max. 5 STARS all the way around. Eric
