This cozy spot is nestled in between everything you could possibly need when visiting Colorado. It is located just 15 minutes from Boulder, Denver, and Red Rocks in a nice and safe neighborhood.
Included in this rental is a kitchen, living room, bedroom, office, laundry room, and double vanity bathroom. It is the perfect option for 1-4 travelers loaded with all of the amenities you could possibly need. The home is 420 friendly, but no tobacco products indoors.
Please understand that this is not a complete home. This is a basement apartment. Although, it is your own half of the home with its own entrance at the back of the home. I will rarely occupy the other side of the home, and I next to never walk in the area where you enter the home.

Summary: It was a nice property however the backyard could have been cleaner. There was a lot of dog poop that could have been picked up. We didn't have access to a thermostat and got cold. Overall it was a good stay for our first experience.

Summary: I had a excellent time staying with this host. The space is very clean and well thought out. Everything we needed was there as described and the space actually looked better than listed due to new upgrades. The host quickly accommodated any needs we had and gave us total privacy. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: This was such a nice and clean property; beds and linens were comfortable, bathroom was so tidy, and the office space was perfect for my remote working needs. Jory was a friendly and communicative host and was so accommodating, and his dog, Khaleesi, was so sweet every time I entered and exited the house (and this is coming from someone who is not really a dog person). I would definitely stay here again, the location was so convenient and I couldn't have been happier with my stay.

Summary: Our host was super accommodating and understanding. My internet connection was terrible and I didn't get the check-in information so I woke him up very late and he answered the phone and told me the instructions. The downstairs apartment was great and centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The shower was the BEST! We felt like teenagers sneaking out of the house every time we left the property. We even sat outside in the back yard one afternoon to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. It was a great visit.

Summary: Was able to visit gorgeous Colorado with my son very happy that we found this listing really enjoyed meeting the owner and would recommend this listing as well as revisit. Should I come to the colorado area again in the future. Fingers crossed!!

Summary: Great space, love the separate area for sleeping, so thankful there is a washer and dryer. The only downside is not knowing that we were walking into someone’s living space to get to the basement apartment.
