Summary: We stayed at the Nest in Fred with another couple, and it was the perfect space for a weekend in Fredericksburg. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each couple had their own space. The house is so cute and clean. Though we didn’t spend much time in the backyard, it’s well kept and comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely, well kept, unique houses with beautiful trees. We enjoyed the distance to Main Street. It was an easy 10 minute walk that allowed us to get some steps in and be at coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. It’s just a short drive to Enchanted Rock, Old Tunnel State Park, and Luckenbach. We appreciated the owner’s communication and easy check-in/check-out process. Fantastic weekend.
