Positive: Ante's apartment had everything you could wish. The pool and terrace was lovely, and it was quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms were good with air conditioning and good beds. Great with two bathrooms. Located 2 minutes from Znjan Beach which is lovely to swim in, close to cafes and supermarket. 10-15 minutes to Split with Uber, about 5-8 euros. Ante is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend

Positive: The apartment is beautiful and was spotless clean. Ante the host was very helpful and informative , the area is up and coming (about 4km from the town) and when complete will be fabulous. The beach is only a couple of minutes walk which has a couple of lovely beach bars (where the food and drink is lovely) A tip - if you want to get a cab/taxi to and from town use uber or bolt (not the taxis on the street as the price difference is massive) The private pool was a massive plus which you can use until 10pm ☺️

Positive: Clean with great facilities. The area is up and coming with much money being spent on the beach area. Although it’s a couple of miles from old Split it’s only a cheap taxi ride.

Negative: A lack of restaurants in close proximity but likely to improve in the near term.

Positive: The pool, the proximity to the sea. The newly developed beach area was great. Easy to get Ubers to town. Ante was very friendly. Good comms before our stay and during the stay.

Negative: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like but a toaster would have been useful.

Positive: The villa was clean, rooms were spacy, the kitchen was well equipped and the private pool and the garden area were lovely. The beach-area nearby, just the stairs to the beach at the end of the road, will be amazing when finished in May-June. The location of the villa was good, a bit long distance to the old town to walk every time, about an hour, but it should be done few times, because the way by the seaside is so beautiful. And after the beachpromenade is completely finished, it will be wonderful to cycle to the town. Our host Ante, was extremely helpful and had made an effort to summarize the useful information for the holiday-week in Split.

Negative: Streetworks and building made it a bit difficult to reach in the beginning, but after we got an information of the address to the nearest ( approx.200m) easy-reaching address, there was no problem getting a Bolt to home and old-town.

Summary: Excellent choise, the complete package!
