The nearby hotels like Empire, Dorsett and Holiday Villa grant you a nice room. We provide you a full-furnished home for about the same price!
Our home-away-from home is a 4-bedroom link house, fully-furnished, well-appointed, and able to comfortably accommodate 10 persons. Each of the 4 bedrooms can take in 2 adults, and we have additional single mattresses for 2 more adults.
The living room decor has a Balinese theme, decked with contemporary and teak furniture and the walls adorned with beautiful oil paintings. This, together with the well manicured greens and palms' foliage on the outside, have been the preferred venues for many class gatherings, and get-togethers.
Facilities in the home include high speed 100 Mbps WiFI, air-conditioning for living, dining, and all 4 bedrooms, central hot water system for two bathrooms, high pressure in-coming water supply, and a refrigerator. An enhanced table top water purifier is available. This dispenses hot / cold very clean water to help make your favourite drinks anytime. Netflix to access to your favourite movies and Youtube are all in-house.
There is adequate car parking for 3 cars (1 is a covered porch driveway). This is a guarded community in a safe neighbourhood.
Our home is located in a self-contained suburb township called Subang Jaya. The following well-known premises are within 5 to 10 minutes of our home.
-Sunway Shopping Mall, one of the nations premier integrated shopping mall
-Empire Shopping Gallery, a chic, most contemporary shopping mall
-Subang Parade, one of the nations well established which has reinvented itself over the years!
-Sunway Lagoon, a premier integrated resort for the family
-Sunway Medical Center and Subang Jaya Medical Center, both well known regionally.
-Institutions of higher learning; Taylors University, INTI University College, Metropolitan College, SEGI University College and Monash University (Sunway)

The Subang Jaya train commuter Station is also 5 minutes away. The commuter train connects you to KLCC, KL Central and all other city stops along the line. In addition, First Coach and Aeroline bus services, operating from nearby Subang Parade and Sunway Shopping Mall respectively, have daily trips to Penang and Singapore.

Summary: The host is very friendly and willing to help anytime. The house is very nice. I will rent his house if needed in future. Masterbed room can sleep 4 pax. (Queen Bed + 2 single mattress) 2nd bedroom can sleep 2 pax. (Queen bed) 3rd bedroom can only sleep one pax as the bed is small for 2 pax unless you and your roomate have small size body (double bed) 4th bedroom can sleep 1 pax only. it has 1 single bed with pull out 1 single bed but the room size is small. Not comfortable to sleep 2 pax. Overall, it is good Thank you

Summary: We are so blessed to choose the right place to stay after checking with Mr Chin on the location. It is so convenient for us to travel to the destination that we need to go. The house is so clean and equipped with all necessary. The host is so flexible with his timing as we end up arrived at 9pm due to the heavy traffic and we need to leave by 7:30am on the departure date, Mr Chin is so accommodate with our request. Thank you for being a good host, Mr Chin. GBU

Summary: We were looking for a place to celebrate our daughter's first birthday. After much searching we found FK's place. Everything was as pictured and Raquel (FK's helper) was on hand for a smooth check-in and check-out. A really nice place to stay.
