Summary: Our three families, consisting of ages 8 to 92 thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at Tom's beautiful home in Ticonderoga NY. There was more than enough space inside and out to accommodate our group of six. We cooked most meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner at home. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary utensils. We bbq'd as well. There is an absolutely stunning enclosed/screen sun porch for an afternoon nap!! The air conditioning worked well. Now to the fun part, we swam from the dock at Tom's home - there is easy access into the lake, bring your water shoes. There is also a really beautiful beach within walking distance from Tom's home. We kayay'd (brought our own) to a little island and swam from the rocks. We rented a pontoon boat for the day in Ticonderoga and explored the lake. We shopped in Bolton and LG Village. Tom was a fantastic host and pleasure to meet. We eagerly look forward to a return visit thanks to our gracious host!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home on the northern end of Lake George. It’s on a beautiful, quieter section of the lake and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house has just about any amenity you can think of and it is very spacious. The gourmet kitchen with window seat, the huge master suite and the three season porch overlooking the lake were favorite spaces. We also got a lot of use out of the fire pit. It was a lovely spot to watch the sun set and then enjoy the moonlit view of the lake. Tom is a wonderful host. We would love to come back again.

Summary: Spent a fun week with daughter and grandkids.The house w as large and well appointed with everything necessary for our stay. Kid liked the nearby putt puttt golf and ice cream store as well as fishing from the dock.(all the big one s got away) Would consider a revisit next year

Summary: Absolutely stupendous. Lots of private places and yet kitchen and living space for gatherings was abundant! Beautiful view and access to water.

Summary: We rented this house in Ti to be close to family. In total, our extended family rented 4 houses, and it was decided that ours was hands down the best. The house is spacious - much larger than is shown in the pictures. The views onto the water are spectacular. If you like to fish, there's an abundance of bluegill, some perch, and even a few bass right off the dock. The central air is amazing, even in 90+ temps. The only hiccup I will note is the size of the beds. In the "Rooms & Beds" section of the listing, the Mountain Room icon shows that it has a King bed even thought the text accurately describes the bed in that room as a Queen. Overall the house served our needs well!

Summary: Beautiful and spacious home. The most well-stocked vacation property that we’ve stayed at. Tom was very responsive whenever we had questions. The property was perfect for us and our daughter’s family of five. The large and varied library was wonderful on our rainy day! Can’t wait to return!
