Summary: Great location, Condo seemed larger in person versus pictures. Perfect instructions, a nice text asking how the stay and check in process was going as well. Located near the pool with a short walk to the beach at this neighborhood. Would stay here again and could fit a large party. We had five there but this unit could have eight and still be comfortable in my mind.

Summary: Everything it's advertised to be. Very nice and quiet community. Hosts are very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Very likely to come back next time we hit Perdido Key. Everything is right there for you. 5 minutes to almost everything.

Summary: My adult son, daughter, and son-in-law stayed in this wonderful condo over the Christmas holiday while we stayed at the RV resort next door. Our family cooked Christmas dinner in the kitchen with all the amenities, then enjoyed the provided board games over the course of their stay. They used the hot tub and said it was great. They are very light packers, and were able to do their laundry during their stay. The colorful condo neighborhood is a short drive to everything people come to Perdido Key for, and we highly recommend this property for couples or families.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay, my sister and my kids came down to spend Thanksgiving with my niece who attends a local college. The kitchen had things needed to make the perfect thanksgiving dinner, the hot tub was a perfect way to relax under the stars at night, the private beach was a spectacular way to spend the day. The home was so clean my daughter asked if it was brand new! The community was quiet and every person we encountered was so kind and friendly, we truly felt like we were at home. This was the most perfect home away from home I’ve ever stayed at!

Summary: We loved this condo! It’s fully equipped for whatever you want or need. It’s beautiful inside and out. Comfy beds, living room and hangout loft upstairs! Close to the pool, short walk to the beach and close to everything, yet far enough away for a quiet vacation! We cooked meals and grilled out, enjoyed lunch on the patio after the pool. Had a wonderful time, definitely plan to return. The hosts are amazing answered any questions or concerns we had. The condos close to so many beaches you can go to a different one each day. Truly a wonderful vacation.

Summary: The condo was perfect for us. 2 master suites with bathrooms. 1 upstairs and 1 down along with a 3rd bedroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs. There’s also a massive loft upstairs complete with TV and XBox 360 which the kiddos love. Neighborhood is quiet and everyone was very friendly. There’s a decent gym with sauna which was nice. The best part is the private beach for guests and residents. Absolutely beautiful. Perfect for little ones, lots of boats going by. Very comfortable place, highly recommend.
