Positive: Immaculately presented property. So clean. The hosts were welcoming in advance of the visit and provided welcoming treats on arrival. The kitchen fittings and cooking accessories were all clean and in excellent condition. All very welcoming, neat, nice and tidy. Loved the wood burner in the living room. There are laminated instructions for absolutely everything
Negative: We went in February when it was quite cold. There is no central heating and though little oil-filled electric heaters were provided which did a good job it did feel a bit like you were heating one space and staying in it rather than comfortably wondering around. I have stayed in a lot of holiday homes through booking.com and this was the first that didn't offer towels. This is unusual in itself and also given the high quality of everything else provided, including a dog towel! it seems odd not to provide people with towels

Positive: Lovely little house, perfect for a few days away. Wonderful garden, lovely to sit out in the sunshine. Dogs loved it there. Very clean and comfortable. Wonderful to arrive and be greeted with bottle of wine, a card and some flowers. Lovely personal touch. ๐Ÿฅฐ

Positive: Location is handy for supermarket,shops and just minuets away from main duel carriageway made it easy to find, gardens front and rear were immaculate, the accommodation was well layed out and spotless throughout, had everything you needed and a few essentials were provided very wecome after a long drive. off road parking so not worrying about car left on roadside
Negative: Nothing really however the drive is a little tight so if you have a large car can be a bit tricky to get in.the road outside the property was quiet so I think vehicles left on roadside would be ok
Summary: Restful week away from hustle and bustle of home batteries recharged and relaxed now ready for home

Positive: It had a great garden for sitting out in the evenings, reading a book with a glass of wine.
Negative: It was too far to walk to anywhere. Thought we might be able to walk to the pub but too far and all up hill on the way back. No bedside cabinets or bedside lamps.

Positive: Beautiful house and lovely large garden , the house was spotlessly clean , bedding provided and hand tails/tea towels just have to take your own bath sheets, kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly want and more , no central heating but oil radiator s provided in every room ! We received a bottle of wine and biscuits/Welsh cakes upon arrival with milk ! It was home from home ,we really enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend it !

Positive: An exceptional house of the highest standard newly decorated, with a lovely large garden. Can`t fault it everything you could possibly want for self catering and on arrival a bottle of wine and biscuits. Shall be staying again next year oh and our little dog love it too.
