Positive: It was peaceful, the hot tub was lovely. The town to buy groceries was about 10 minutes drive. Anwen was very welcoming and helpful. The cottage had everything we needed. It is set in beautiful countryside and an ideal base for the surrounding areas.
Negative: The wifi was not very good. The access to the property had very narrow roads which was scary, we decided to leave the property and come back avoiding the dark.
Summary: It was peaceful, the hot tub was lovely, and it was a good location to visit North Wales.

Positive: 2 large bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs, 1 downstairs bedroom and shower room was great for our large family and shower great after kids got out the hot tub. Hot tub great and ready to go. Owners were lovely. Loved all the animals around the property and the views were beautiful. Great location lots to do in the area. Beautiful beach within 10 mins.
Negative: Didn't bother us but the Internet was really bad, there would be no chance in working while there. Also again did not bother us but it is a working farm so there are smells of the countryside people should consider. 1 thing was the stairs, they were very slippy and the kids fell down a few times, bare wood might not be the best choice.

Positive: Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The hot tub, location and views were incredible. Had all the amenities that were required. We got to see the new calves on the farm and the cats were very friendly.
Negative: The toilet seats needed replacing as they were very wonky and moved whilst you were sat on them.
