Summary: This hotel is amazing and we've been to some of the world's best hotel. The rooms are nice and big, the service has been nothing but amazing (they stand up to greet you, they try to accommodate you when it's too early to check in). I gave the location a 3 because it isn't convenient for food and even though it's on the first stop on the lrt to get to the mrt, it isn't close to the mrt. But we choose this location as it is close to my wife's family home. Breakfast was also top notch

Summary: The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the facilities were great! Wished they could have had more variety in terms of breakfast, as we were served the exact same menu 2 days in a row. But otherwise, very great experience!

Summary: The hotel is very comfortable feel like home when here. The delivery to room breakfast is nice. The public hot spring bath is awesome. The free shuttle around the area make life easy. Front desk service was amazing. Room was suite with kitchen, living room. Will stay again.

Summary: Dedicated service is the most impressive part of the stay. They called before our arrival to arrange a lovely surprise & reply WhatsApp quickly. Suite is spacious. Hotel shuttle takes you to anywhere you like & they even escorted us to a historic lunch place on the first day, touched. Breakfast & dinner serving size is more than enough. Hot spring area is quiet & clean. I hope the hot spring will open for a few hours in the morning.

Summary: 員工服務極好！細心體貼！特別感謝陳紫羚，小女到步時發燒，她本來是放假也體貼地買了退熱貼加口罩給小女！服務一流，設施也是一流！從來沒有住過一間溫泉酒店這麼體貼！房間很大，有衣帽間、有客廳、有廚房、有飯枱、梳化後還有一間小房間給你小休！早餐豐富，小朋友樂而忘返！我們期待再次光臨！ The Room was big, breakfast were great! Staffs were kind and friendly, always have a big smile on the face! The service was excellent! This is our kids friendly hot spring hotel, definitely will come again!
