Positive: Our reservation included a free breakfast. When we spoke to the person at the front desk, we asked about the breakfast buffet because the last time we visited, they had a buffet. The person said that they weren't doing the breakfast buffet any longer. She didn't explain that we could have breakfast at the Ox and Ocean, the restaurant at the hotel. We just assumed there was no free breakfast until our final day. So we asked if we could get credit for not having breakfast. They said no.
Negative: Given our experience with the breakfast situation and the fact that parking is $45 per day, it felt like they were trying to squeeze us for every dollar. I understand that it's a business but I felt they could have been more accommodating.
Summary: I'm not sure it's worth the value but the location is amazing if you get an ocean view.

Positive: location and amenities and food. front desk, doormen and pool attendants were excellent -- made us feel special. the young lady that checked us in (and out) was exceptional.
Negative: food service was terrible. the food was great but service took way too long. that said, Aga was great for our last dinner at the ox&ocean. sugar beats -- you need someone outside taking the orders--very difficult to hear staff inside the airstream.
Summary: We created a lot of great family memories on this trip thanks to your wonderful staff.

Positive: There was a salt water pool that was heated. Location was good. The suite was a good size for a large family.
Negative: Oil all over the beach. No towels or soap for the wet bar. No one was keeping up with trash pick up at the pool or elevators. Food and drinks were expensive. No continental breakfast. No room service. Elevator broke down. Charged for self parking. Events for families were canceled due to a wedding. Balcony was dirty. Not enough seating at the food truck.

Negative: The phones did not work and the garage would not work . They only left one toilet paper and we ran out without a phone to call it in. The beach was not good to get in . But one good thing was the pool nice and warm and family friendly.
