Positive: Spectacular location and view. The roof top terrace was quintessential Tuscany with its incredible view. Exceptionally roomy apt with separate mini-suites for 2 of the bedrooms, really exceptional. Large rooms and spacious overall. Wonderful and attentive hosts who were very quick to provide advice and updates as needed.
Negative: Luggage drop off. The luggage had to be hauled all the way from the underground parking facility at least a half mile over cobblestone streets amidst throngs of tourists up a 20 degree grade street. For older clients this is unreasonable. Giacche who met us was quick to assist with hauling but still we were left with 2-50lb suitcases to haul up a 20 degree grade FOREVER LOL! Litterly took 2 days for my right wrist to become functional again. I would HIGHLY recommend that a luggage delivery service be employed especially at the price of this apt. Other locations (Positano) offer such services with Tuk-tuks and the like.
Summary: Short of the luggage delivery challenge, we had an absolutely wonderful stay Zafferano!

Positive: The location can't be better.... right in the central Piazza. It comes with two parking spots in a garage outside the gates of town.
Negative: The beds are really firm. It's up lots of stairs so be sure you understand that to get the fantastic views you have to go up! 😉

Positive: We had a wonderful stay due to proximity to the Town Square. The house with its high ceiling and taste of interior gives a feeling of quality living. Kitchen is extremely well equipped. One can see that lot of thought went into the furnishing of the house. Location is the best. However be prepared to walk 400m with your luggage and climb stairs as the Parking location is not nearby and cars not allowed inside the walled city. Very spacious place. Very clean. Excellent view from the Terrace. Very friendly host.
Negative: Arrived late after 8 pm and had to pay 50€ extra and that is a little too much we felt. To be fair, we knew this when we did the booking. Nevertheless when folks come from very far there is this risk of being late. In one of the bathroom there was a foul smell. Host could not fix it during our stay. However there was an additional guest toilet we could use.
Summary: We had a wonderful stay due to proximity to the Town Square and the spacious apartment
