Welcome to our home! This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a gorgeous backyard. Large kitchen with island and a large pull out couch complete this space for a spacious stay. Custom dining, coffee and side tables all made by a local San Antonio craftsman! Stay close to downtown in our stunning home.
*Dog friendly with $35/ fee per pet* -Guest assumes all responsibilities of pet. Guest is to always watch pet. Hosts and property owners are not responsible for any pet injuries or death on property.
No smoking anywhere on property.
No firearms allowed on property.
Please only kind, courteous, and down to earth guests.

The back master bedroom does get warmer than the rest of the home in the summer and colder in the winter.

Summary: The inside of the rental was nice and cozy — comfortable and well set up for a relaxing stay. However, the outdoor area was a bit of a letdown. The grass in the front and backyard was a bit tall, and unfortunately, the backyard seemed to be a breeding ground for ticks. Our dogs picked up quite a few and we were dealing with them for days afterward, especially after time spent on the backyard and sofa in the living room. Just a heads-up to future guests with pets! Hopefully, the host has addressed the issue since our visit, as this place has potential with a bit more outdoor maintenance.

Summary: Loved it!! Did not disappoint at all. My daughters nicknamed it the “Casita” as it looks small on the outside but as you walk in it is spacious and the recommendations left by the owners were excellent.

Summary: We were a little concerned driving in because it didn’t look like the best neighborhood but it was very quiet and clean. The house was very nicely remodeled and clean. Super cute property and with a great backyard. Very convenient to get to the freeman coliseum
