For your convenience, we have a lock-box located on the building premises where we will leave the keys for you. The name and code of the lockbox will be provided to you on the day of your arrival.
Check-in time is from 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am.

Just to make the check-in experience more convenient for you, we will leave the keys in a lock-box which is located on the building premise. The name on the lockbox and code will be given to guests on the day of arrival along with AirBnB's check-in "easy guide" instructions.
You will be able to check-in from 3pm and check-out by 10am.

Alternatively, Uber has been in operation in Darwin since 2018, offering a hassle-free and dependable mode of transportation for exploring the city and its surroundings. We recommend utilizing a combination of these transportation options to ensure you fully experience all that Darwin has to offer. If you have any queries or concerns regarding transportation during your stay, our team is always available to assist you.

Please ensure our House Rules are adhered to, including the following:
No parties or events
No pets
Please do not smoke inside the house. You may smoke on the balcony where an ashtray is provided with doors closed
No Excess cleaning and leftovers
BBQ can be used but needs to be cleaned. An additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit if left uncleaned
Additionally, please note the following rules and guidelines during your stay:
Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours.
Please turn off all lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment.
Please keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay. If you need extra cleaning or amenities, please let us know.
Please report any damages or issues to us immediately.
Please do not rearrange the furniture or remove any items from the apartment.
