Summary: The hotel is very well located and comfortable. My biggest complaint is that the information on the website and provided when you contact the hotel directly isn't clear, and when you arrive at the property, they tell you something else. I traveled with a service dog. The website stated that there was no charge for staying with one. When I contacted the property directly, they told me the cost was $11.50 for the entire reservation, and when I checked in, they charged me an additional $10 per night. The hotel is incredibly unreliable about all the different information they provide about staying with a service animal. They lack seriousness with their guests.

Summary: I had a great stay at the Zen Quito Hotel. My favorite thing about the hotel was the shower, immaculately clean and had one of those over head/rain shower type heads. The breakfast was delicious and the offerings change from one day to another, variety is nice! Would recommend to anyone staying in Quito.

Summary: This hotel is a good deal if you don't mind taking an Uber (2$) to other areas for food and sites. It worked out well for us.
