Negative: very confirtable, I loved your selection of books, and a very helpful selection of brochures for sight seeing.

Positive: The instructions were plain and easy to understand and carry out.
Negative: The time was supposed to be 2pm for arrival and they wanted us to change to 3pm however we arrived at 2pm and were able to access the property. We were told that more time was required for the cleaners.....maybe get new cleaners, as there were a couple of things needed a bit more dusting and cleaning. The washing machine had mould in the rubber - they should know how to clean this. Not that difficult. We didn't like that the whole amount of the fee was taken on the day we booked, not what we were expecting. Also the added cleaning fee was a 'surprise" . The lounge could have been a bit more comfortable.
Summary: We did enjoy our stay. The location was good.

Positive: Plenty of room and apartment area is quiet which was great after a long day
Negative: Stove didnt work. I found a butane camping stove in the drawer and had to use that to cook my meals. I asked for someone to look at it but Im not sure they ever came through. Certainly I had no follow up and the stove didnt get fixed

Negative: I purchased a pillow as all were badly stained or very flat. Very dark even with curtains open and all lights on. Globe.missing in lounge. Was not very clean but no products left for me to clean.

Negative: Access by having to trawl through emails to find the keysafe code is not especially convenient. Decor is somewhat gloomy although may be to other people's taste!
Summary: This place had everything which we needed after a road-trip from Adelaide.

Positive: Communication from owners was very good and they accommodated our requests. Very secure environment and parking. Good working environment.
Negative: For a "Luxury" apartment we expected to have a hair dryer and microwave. TV and Internet not working for two days but fixed readily.
