Negative: I have one really important message about safety, it affected all impression from the hotel. Next week I wanted to stay at your hotel for one week, and I don’t think I want it anymore. You have to create a unique key for each room. Turned out any room can be open with the same key card. I had unfortunate experience during my stay. And I forget to mention this at checkout.
