Positive: The host has gone out of its way to provide everything for our stay even with welcome Gluhwein and Nuremberg ginger biscuits. For cooking it has cooking oil and other seasoning. The apartment was made available early before normal check in time so that when we arrived in Nuremberg by train before 12 pm we could put our luggage in the apartment and go out sightseeing. The apartment is spacious with large bedrooms and bathrooms.
Negative: The heater in the hall way didn't work. But it wasn't a problem as the heater in every room, kitchen and bathroom work well.

Positive: We found the apartment comfortable and very cosy. The coffee capsules chocolates and wine were a wonderful bonus that we really appreciated. It's a large spacious apartment with you need for a self catering holiday. With great parking space provided as well.
Negative: At times the other residents or guests could be noisy going up or down the stairs. But that is all we didnt like.

Positive: Thoughtfully designed and equipped in everything required for a comfortable stay. Secure parking space in an inner yard. Wine, water and some sweets as a welcome gift was a nice gesture. Walking distance (circ. 20min) to the old town plus a number of shops, restaurants and bakeries around the corner.
Negative: Would leave this part empty if only the code to the apartment would not stop working before our checkout hour. We were lucky to have a person staying inside when we went to do shopping in the morning before our departure. Otherwise we would get stuck outside. Other than that our stay was a seemless experience.

Communication was swift, instructions were clear and parking in the courtyard was great. We caught the tram part of the way into town and finished by walking down Königstrasse to the Hauptmarkt. An enjoyable stay.
