Summary: Simply a wonderful experience! The service was excellent, especially Andrej in the reception was so nice and helpful. The location is superb and the room was fantastic, nothing to complain about. Awesome hotel, we’ll definitely be back!

Summary: My first impression of this boutique hotel in the older part of Belgrade was positive; a pleasant check-in and personal assistance from the manager who showed me to my room. During this experience, a problem occurred. Problems happen that’s not the story. It’s how the hotel staff respond to when problems pop up that’s the true sign of excellence. The manager apologized immediately for the issue and made adjustments, so the problem was resolved in mere minutes. All during my 4-days there, the staff was uniformly friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast was more than adequate. Delicious dinner in the on-site restaurant added to my positive experience. And attention to the details, like air cleaners in the rooms, elevators, and common areas were a plus for me.

Summary: On my first visit the elevator went out of service, but by my second visit all was fixed. On both check ins I received a warm reception and help with my bags. The rooms were very comfortable and well represented in the pictures. The AC was also very reliable and the wifi easy to connect to and fast. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and in room coffee maker and filtered water. The refrigerator was roomy for personal goods although some minibar items were also included. The gym offered several cardio machines but also a weight bench and dumbells. I forgot some items and they gratefully held them for me. When I returned I got my belongings back and a free upgrade as well! I can't wait to return!

Summary: Nice place, from the moment we checked in Vuk on reception was welcoming & really friendly, we had a city apartment room which I can’t fault - great size, clean, good AC, everything you’d want. Locations great, bars/restaurants couples of minutes walk. Decent breakfast, all in all great stay 😁
