We are pet friendly, (2dog maximum) $100. for the first dog, $50. additional dog. Fees will be added after booking.
This lovely 2 bedroom/2 bath home is located on over 2.5 acres in the desirable mid-valley. We are a 5 minute drive to Hailey and 10 minutes to Ketchum. The home is comfortably stocked and spacious. With a lovely open floor plan, large kitchen, patio and great access to the outdoors, it is perfect place for an intimate group of family or friends to get together.
What you will love about this property is the comfortable living room which is focused on a cut-rock fireplace and the vast windows which overlook a patio and the creek. Vaulted ceilings impart a feeling of spaciousness unusual in a 2-bedroom home. The well-equipped kitchen has a bar-style table with seating for 6 and the open floor plan ensures that those working in the kitchen stay connected with the action. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath featuring marble and a jetted soaker tub. Both bedrooms have queen beds.
Outside is a wonderland of what the Wood River Valley offers. We are on 2+ acres of land located on a seasonal creek which usually runs April through October (it has sweet little trout - please get a permit before fishing). There are several lawn areas appropriate for badminton, volleyball, a happy game of "toss" or just running around.

Summary: Nice location for a ski trip at Sun Valley. Very comfortable. The driveway entrance is a little tricky with traffic but the host provides very helpful instructions.

Summary: Had the main house plus this guest house for BMT race group. The only issue was the guest house kitchen needs to be gone through for dishes, utensils, etc. Also there is no ventilation for the gas cooktop!!!!

Summary: Clean, nice wood floors, some parts remodeled in the last few years. I was pleased they accepted pets. There is a nice yard to play in. I was also glad that the furniture was beat up because I didn’t have to worry about it (even though I always cover it with sheets). I would stay here again and would have given a better review, if not for the way- too-inflated price they are now advertising for August. Kitchen needs some TLC. Sprayer in sink has two holes that work, one burner on stove doesn’t work and refrigerator stopped cooling toward the end of my stay and food spoiled. I was in the middle of making chili when I realized there was no working can opener. Most egregious is the description of the property. The so-called “stream” next to it is a really a ditch full of stagnant, murky water. It is not “nestled” in the woods. It is located on the busy, noisy main road. A berm hides the traffic but not the loud sound. Luckily, it’s not too bad inside (unless you have windows open) but sitting on the patio is problematic. The reviews that mention “quiet” are either fake or the people are deaf.

Summary: The location was extremely quiet and felt secluded even though there is a main house behind the property. Our 24 foot long sprinter was easy to park and there was room for another vehicle. Easy access to both Hailey and Ketchum. Would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: This is a great house that is situated about 3 miles from Hailey & 8 miles from Ketchum, making it really easy to get to either area. The home was clean and offers a lot of natural light. The bed was comfortable too! It would definitely be spacious enough for two couples. The hot tub is older, but has powerful jets & a great temperature range. The wifi is fast & reliable. Thomas was a pleasure to work with in helping resolve an issue I had. The only downside to the location is that there is not a great place to walk around or walk a dog as it's right off the highway. However, if you cross the highway & go over the little hill, you'll reach a great bike path. I recommend this home!

Summary: Very nice, private house despite being on the same property as another house. Nice lawn and outdoor patio space. Good location between Hailey and Ketchum. There were a couple issues with the items at the house but the owner was quick to respond and address the situations. We'd stay there again.
