Positive: This hotel is nestled in some incredible nature; there's a waterfall just 20 minutes walk from here. The rooms, amenities, attention to detail, level of service, and the onsen, all exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

Positive: It was beyond what we expected. The staff were responsive, went above their duties to help us and drive us to and from our car parked away from the place. Suggested a restaurant then took the time to come back and check if were happy. We walked to the falls at night and it was magical.

Negative: I’ve made a mistake when booking so dinner wasn’t included. All my fault but we went out and it was fine.

Summary: We would come back if we have the opportunity for sure.
