Positive: The property is just a 3 min walk away from Yoshiikeonsen-mae train station and the Chuodo Shimoyoshida bus station. Check-in instructions were clear and the host provided a lot of amenities and supplies which we found convenient and useful. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the view of Mt. Fuji from the place. There was a time when a group of Japanese macaques appeared right beside the house one afternoon when we were biking around the neighborhood—not really dangerous as the locals walked right past them but we made sure to keep a safe distance from them so as to not disturb them. Definitely one of my best memories during our stay!

Negative: The heating system does not work perfectly, the water would go cold for a few minutes then hot then back to cold again. This made bath times longer for us. The floors were also thin so we could hear the footsteps of the neighboring guests upstairs.
