Positive: Everything. The unit is just wonderful. Very clean and well equipped. We are very happy that we stayed 2 nights there. We are a group of 6 from Singapore and have been driving around in Kyushu for 2 weeks. This unit is by far, the best and most enjoyable one, however you need to drive should you decide to stay and try to reach the area before dark.
Negative: The area is very dark at night. Not enough street lighting.

Positive: Big, clean and bright apartment in a quiet street and with a great view! Three balconys, huge fridge and two bathrooms, very comfortable and spacious. Close to many beaches. We've been there as a couple and therefore lived like in a palace. We would come back.

Positive: This place has a really nice, homey feel to it. The house was warm, comfortable and quiet. With only the occasional train rumbling by
Negative: It's location is a bit out of the way, especially if you're not driving. But with a car, I think it would be ideal for a large group that wants to travel around Oita/yufuin areas.

Positive: The traditional Japanese house is so lovely, spacious and confortable for a family to stay, my family love it so much. And there is Wifi available though on booking says no, this should be updated so more people must love it. And the owner is friendly, quick and flexible with all my questions. The beautiful blue flowers from the garden on the kitchen table adds more value to the welcome. I cant express my apprciation more.. Love it love it..a must stay place.

Positive: The house is located in the middle of nowhere which is nice for stargazing and enjoying the silence. The house is quite big and has a lot of rooms. We did not cook so cannot say anything about the equipment but it seemed like most necessary stuff is there. The bed was comfortable and clean.
Negative: The location is directly next to the trains so in case one does not like trains the noise until later in the night can be annoying. Also we were greeted by a spider as larger as a male hand when arriving in the house due to the location next to the forest. Expect insects to be around. They tried to prevent this through insect repellent but it seemed that this cannot prevent all of them from getting in. The road to the house is lit by colorful lights but can be hard to drive and find in the night, especially because it is really dark out there.
