Positive: We were lucky to have the whole house to ourselves. A lot of effort was placed into refurbishing the house and to the design of the bathroom (with a hot tub). The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well at night. The hosts were very responsive on Booking.com and answered all of our questions promptly.

Positive: The building is wonderfully restored and cared for. It’s an aesthetic treat to stay here as the rooms and furnishings are gorgeous. The ‘treasure room’ vault onsen is truly special. Our hosts were so kind and helpful and the location perfect. Excellent in every way

Positive: Beautiful property with carefully curated decor from the local area, outstanding hot tub as well! The staff are incredibly attentive and welcoming, we felt very well looked after.
Negative: Due to the nature of a historic building you can hear road and street sounds very clearly if you are in the front room, not an issue for us as we travel with ear plugs and sleeping masks.
Summary: I wish we had stayed longer!

Positive: We love the hospitality from the host. Truly heartwarming experience. Would very much like to visit them again just because how nice they are.
Negative: The JASDF F-15s taking off from Komatsu Airport in the morning will wake you up. Other than that, everything is perfect.

Positive: First of all, I would like to give 5 star for kindness. They respond me back very fast before arrival and also they prepare introduction for korean language. 90 years old house is very cozy and spacious.
Negative: nothing. all was perfect.
Summary: If you want to stay 90 years old japanese house, this is it. And there is a traditional bathtub!
