This is a second story apartment, high angled ceiling, 1/2 block walk from the Ocean Park beach on the Park Boulevard area of San Juan, Puerto Rico. Tower Garden just added for your enjoyment of Organic eating. The beach is right behind the house, Is one of the most known beaches for wind or paddle surfers , snorkel, kite surfers , surfers, and all types of water sports. It has two bedrooms, each one with a closet, two bathrooms and free WIFI. A train table is there for the young ones. A studio is also available on same property. Listing 490333 VRBO-sleeps two in this Honeymoon suite!.We have all the amenities and the second bedroom also has a queen size bed and a safety deposit box for your valuables and peace of mind. Two Baby cribs, train table, beach toys and a couple of air mattress w/power pump are available. The area is an old neighborhood in one of the most popular beaches in San Juan, close to restaurants, bus stop & hotel area, Great beach for paddle boarding and water sports and it also has a park with a playground and for exercising. The kitchen has electric stove with oven, microwave oven, full refrigerator. The washing machine and dryer are downstairs. Both bedrooms have air conditioning,ceiling fans and separate baths. 40kw generator and cistern as well! A couple of bikes if you'd like to explore the Old City! Summary: Great place to stay. Walking distance to the beach. Kiko is great to work with. Makes everything convenient. Close to some excellent little restaurants. Easy access to a lot of sites.

Summary: Kiko's property is very tastefully decorated and the location is perfect if you'd like to be near the ocean. Kiko was extremely friendly and I think he's the kind of person who will try and go out of the way for his customers. Our only caveat is that the property is only two bedrooms (with air conditioning only in the bedrooms) so it was perhaps a bit too small for our family of six (and with only a small water heater in one of the bathrooms, we probably could have used a bigger place.)

Summary: My husband and I loved our time here. Kiki was a fantastic host and incredibly helpful and thoughtful during our time there. Their home is in a perfect location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. We loved the patio and beautiful artwork all around the house. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here, and hope to come back again.

Summary: The apartment (2nd floor in an older home) was quirky with a lovely terrace to sit and sip some wine while listening to the little frogs chirping away. There is a wonderful container garden on the terrace as well whose bounty you can use.The location so also great- half a block to a small beach and walking distance to restaurants. Now the downside, I have asthma and got sick with a mold reaction during our stay. The house next door is boarded up so that could have been the cause. There are also personal effects in the apartment: clothes and even a used razor! All in all, a mixed experience!

Summary: Our family of 5 stayed at Kike's property. We have 3 kids ages 12, 9 and 6 and it was perfect for all of us. The 2 boys slept in one room and our little one on the air mattress with us in the other room. Kiki was a very helpful, friendly and a reliable host, keeping in touch with us our entire stay. He had some goodies for the kids and a bottle of wine, eggs and milk ready for us upon our arrival. The home is in a safe location and also in a good area to get to many places easily. (Short Uber ride to Condado strip and not too much further to Old San Juan). The beach is a very short walk from the house. We could have stayed in a hotel but staying at this home really had an authentic PR feel to it. There are AC units in the 2 bedrooms and they worked great. We just used them at night when sleeping and had all the windows and door to balcony open during day to let in the breeze. Of course there are mosquitos in PR so just bring some good bug spray if they bother you. I loved the fresh veggies on the balcony!

Summary: We enjoyed the house a lot. Good, quiet location. The owner was very nice and provided a lot of extras for free: milk, cereal, wine, a round of welcome drinks, etc. Was a good experience.
