The cottage boasts a large living room that is open to dining area and kitchen. Views of the forest and creek. Furnished with couch and comfy chairs, this will be the perfect place year round to read, play a board game, listen to music and relax! All guests can eat together in the open kitchen and dining area. You can also enjoy all the seating on the deck and watch the wildlife like deer and turkeys that frequents the forest. Summary: Beautiful home & beautiful property! Only issues were ants in the kitchen (tiny sugar ants…typical this time of year), & spiders in the master bathroom up by/in the heat lamp/fan fixture - they retreated to the space behind heat lamp (I have arachnophobia, so this was a a point of trepidation for me). Otherwise it was a great property & I would love to stay again!

Summary: This is one of the nicest vacation rental properties we have ever rented. It was extremely clean, comfortable, well-organized, and well stocked. You can tell that the owners take a lot of pride in the property. The covered back deck was very nice and we spent a lot of time back there. The location was great. Our entire family enjoyed it. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Summary: We had a great stay! Clean property and nice outdoor spaces (front porch and back deck). Check in and check out was easy peasy. Loved the availability of games. My only feedback would be the living room didn’t have any comfy furniture for chilling and the kitchen supplies were limited (no storage containers for leftovers). The creek was dried up but we truly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The property was clean and well laid out. Odd smell when we arrived but the host was quick to address it and it didn’t linger. Neighborhood felt safe but neighbors not kept up yard. The grounds around the property were clean and well kept. Over all it worked well for our family as a home base while we attended our nieces wedding at a venue about ten min. Away. Would recommend.
