Positive: Had a wonderful time with my grandchildren. The water pressure in the shower was very low. It was very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed our stay. We did had a difficult time walking from the unit to the river because of all the water fowl poop. A suggestion would be a small area with a hose to clean off shoes.
