You can experience everything 30A has to offer for a FRACTION of the cost of staying in Rosemary, Watercolor or Seaside. Plus, you can retreat to your quiet oasis after you have had your fill of the crowds. Sandpiper is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with private pool. We even provide a 6 person GOLF CART at NO additional charge so you can zip down to the beach in seconds. Laguna Beach is golf cart friendly so you can take it down to Carousel Supermarket, or Thomas's. We provide beach towels, 6 beach chairs, a sun umbrella, and sand toys for the kids (or just those young at heart). Add FREE wifi internet, flat screen TV's in the living room & bedrooms and ample outdoor living space, and you have the perfect vacation experience. The west end of Panama City Beach is known for being quiet and less crowded while still being close to it all. Come see why this are brings people back year after year.

Summary: The house was exactly how it was described, clean and all the amenities we needed. Location was ideal for everything, beach, food, etc. The golf cart and pool were awesome to have! We paid to have pool heated (April), totally worth it. Family of 5 stayed, we would definitely come back again!

Summary: This house is exceptional in its location and amenities! The golf cart made it a less than 2 minute trip to the beach. The beach was not crowded and allowed us some quieter mornings by the ocean. The pool was a perfect size, well maintained, and a welcome respite in the afternoon. The main living area was comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy breakfasts and evenings we stayed in. Would stay here again and definitely recommend our hosts who were quick to respond and helpful throughout the stay!

Summary: This was our first time staying at Panama City Beach, and this home did not disappoint. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids ages 1-12. The location was perfect. It was just a quick walk to the beach and away from high rises so the beach was never crowded. The 6 seater golf cart was a huge perk. We used it every day. The heated pool was a game changer. The temps dipped down during our stay and having the heated pool kept the kids entertained for hours. We especially liked the splash pad area on the shallow end for our toddler. It allowed her to play in the pool without having to be held the whole time. The kids also enjoyed the Wii console and games. We can't say enough good things about our host. She was so responsive when we had questions or needed something. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in the future!

Summary: Erica was an incredible host and her rental was perfect for our needs. Our family enjoyed the pool and beautifully landscaped back yard which had plenty of seating. The golf cart offered plenty of room for rides to The Carousel and Thomas Donuts! The home has plenty of thoughtful touches that make you feel right at home and so comfortable & relaxed. The location is 1 block off of Front Beach Rd and has easy beach access. I highly recommend this home and would 109% return!
