Summary: This is a no frills hotel BUT it’s clean and easy! It has the best beach access with walk throughs on the first floor that go right out to the pool and then directly to the beach. That + Clean … just right! There is only ONE improvement this hotel really needs to consider…an in-room washer and dryer. Take out the closet and replace with the washer with the dryer on top. PERFECTION!

Summary: My 2 sisters and I arrived on Monday. The 3 of us are seniors. One is on O2. The toilet was clogged. Maintenance plunged toilet. Tuesday toilet was clogged and no water in toilet tank. Informed office twice. Maintenance repaired. Wednesday at 11:47pm I was trying to get someone to unclog toilet as we were going downstairs to bathroom at pool. No one ever came. I was back in office before 8:00 am on Thursday (we are still using bathroom downstairs at pool although we rented a room on 5th floor. Received no apologies just “we will send maintenance “.

Summary: Room was nice but due to the wall being between the beds the front bed was HOT had no air. NO balcony chairs. Parking SUCKS!! NO WIFI and asked but was told it was working and 4 grandkids had nothing to do at night. A cartoon channel should be offered also. Enjoyed it being away from the main town but worried about my car across the street all night.

Summary: This was our first time to stay here. It was perfect, 8 min away from Pier Park. Far enough to not be part of the crowd, close enough to enjoy the shopping. The hotel was great. The beds were comfortable, the view was excellent, staff was helpful and friendly. The only downfall I'd say was not enough towels [3] or toilet paper[1]. We loved the fact that our room was ground level. Walk in front door and out the back door to the pool and ocean. The beach was very clean. Hotel was quiet at 11pm, when pool closed. We will definitely be back!

Summary: The customer service was very good. The employees were very friendly and hospitable. The hotel is very run down and needs to be remodeled and updated. The room we stayed in did not look like the pictures on the website. The room was very small especially for a family of 4. The room was clean though so no complaints there.

Summary: We had a nice time. The location was great. Staff is great.The parking is not so good. VERY tight. For a long weekend I might would stay again. But if staying more than 3 days I would stay in something roomier and more comfortable.
