Only weekly rentals are available in June and July from Saturday to Saturday.
Please note, we only rent to families and have a minimum age requirement of 25. We do not rent to student groups. Though we appreciate your interest, there are no exceptions to this policy.
Our beach property consists of a main duplex cottage plus a guest house. This listing is for the rental of one side of the duplex only. The unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living area and kitchen. It will accommodate up to 6 guests. If you need additional space or will be vacationing with a larger group, check for the availability of the right side of the duplex and guest house listed separately under property ID # 1074283 and property ID # 454143.
Relax and unwind just a few steps away from the most beautiful beaches in the world. Our cottage is located in Laguna Beach, on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. It is situated directly across from the beach in an old residential area that gives you an idea of what the beach was like before the big high-rise condos.
Amenities include a flat screen TV with satellite in the living area, Wi-Fi internet access, full kitchen with basic dishes and cooking utensils, shared wash room with a full-size washer and dryer, charcoal grill, and an outside shower to rinse off after that fun day at the beach.
Our cottage is conveniently located about 4 miles west of Pier Park outdoor shopping mall. Thomas' Donuts and the local Carousel grocery store are an easy 2-minute drive. Wal-Mart, Winn-Dixie and Publix grocery stores are also close by. Restaurants to suit any taste are nearby. Panama City Beach has many fun attractions such as Shipwreck Island water park, Gulf World, Wonder Works, Ripley's, snorkeling, parasailing, go-carts, putt-putt golf and lots more for your family to enjoy. There are also two state parks within a few minutes’ drive.
The Frank Brown Baseball/Softball Complex is only 4 miles away and Laguna Beach Christian Retreat is less than 1/2 mile from the property.

Summary: For me, it’s all about access to beach and this location is perfect. An ideal place for 2-4 people and has all the necessities provided. Great communication with owner was a plus as well.

Summary: The house is in a relatively quiet area. The property is just as described. Good heat and A/C. Needs a new charcoal grill though. Would definitely recommend it to anyone! We hope to return sometime!

Summary: We have stayed here multiple times and keep coming back. Right across the street from the beach in residential area. Close to Pier Park for shopping and restaurants but away from the crowds when wanting a quiet evening. We’ll be back!

Summary: The property had a few minor cosmetic issues and we would have liked a dishwasher and a hair dryer. But for the price, and for a last minute June beach trip it was great. The location can’t be beat. Beach access was quick and easy. Not much traffic on the street. No condos nearby so the beach wasn’t crowded at all. The owner was quick to respond with any questions we had. Would definitely book here again!

Summary: Mr. French is always wonderful to communicate with and ready to take care of any minor issues that might arise. (We’ve never had a major issue).This is the third time we have stayed at this location and have always been satisfied. Clean and usually quiet. Right across from beach access. We love it because it is a mostly residential area but still a short drive to Thomas Donuts and Pier Park for shopping and restaurants.
