In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 7, the maximum allowed occupancy is 16, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 6.
This luxury home offers seven bedrooms, including five suites, a private pool, Turtle Point Golf Course, and lagoon views, plus it is just 1 minute to the beach!
Built in 2020, the home showcases luxurious finishes and furnishings and boasts plenty of space for the whole family. Walk through the front and immediately notice the gorgeous golf and lagoon view from the wall of windows directly in front of you. Enjoy a meal as a family at the large dining table that can seat up to 14. This area also has direct access to the screened porch. The dining room flows into the living area and kitchen, offering guests a highly desired open concept. The living area features plenty of natural light, 2 sofas, 2 chairs, a large flat-screen TV. The gourmet kitchen offers a large center island with 4 barstools, stainless steel appliances, double oven, gas range and hood, and a eat-in table with bench and 4 chairs. You will also find a large pantry with second refrigerator, laundry room, half bathroom and office/study space on the first floor.
Step outside on the back deck and enjoy what Kiawah is so well know for- golf and nature! It is simply beautiful. Take a dip in the private pool, sunbathe on the lounge chairs, cook dinner on the gas grill, or enjoy a meal at the large table that seats 10 or the small table that seats 3. There is also a screened porch with comfortable furnishings and a large flat-screen TV.
The first floor primary suite is sure to impress with its king sized bed, TV, walk-in closet and private bathroom with double vanities, large soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Ascend the stairs or take the elevator to the second floor where you will find a den with sofa, four chairs, and TV. This would make a great place for kids or teens to have their own space. You will also find a second laundry room and the remaining bedrooms on this level. Four bedrooms feature king sized beds and private bathrooms while two bedrooms feature one built-in full-over-full bunk bed along with another full bed and reading area. There is a hallway bathroom available for the bunk rooms.
This home is located across the street from Kiawah's beautiful beach. Guests are welcome to rinse off in the outdoor shower located by the garage doors. Guests can also enjoy the three-car garage and elevator.
The dimensions of the pool are approximately 11'W x 22' L. The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. Contact us directly to add pool heating to your reservation.

Summary: Property is terrific looking and overall in a beautiful location. The pool is a great amenity. The property easily sleeps 15. The property manage is very responsive. Much of the property looks brand or almost new. My only criticism is that some of the dining room chair cushions are in need of replacement, the bathroom floors may need a little bit of a deep clean, and the bed sheets need replacemnt.

Summary: We absolutely loved this property! The amenities were perfect. The decor was beautiful. There was plenty space for gathering and private quiet time. The pool and deck were great for all day use. And the proximity to the beach was amazing - just a 3-5 minute walk. We vacation at Kiawah every other year and this has been our favorite home. Will definitely rebook!

Summary: We were so blessed to stay at this lovely home. Its location could not be better, and it is well-equipped, thoughtfully designed, and family-friendly. We appreciated double ovens, two laundry rooms, two frigs, an ice maker and night lights, as well as games, puzzles, towels and pool and beach items. The rooms are large, and we loved having a big table where we could all gather. We appreciate the generosity of the owners in sharing their home and making it possible for families to have such a special time together. Our time there included precious memories that will be treasured by all of us. Our grandchildren all expressed a desire to return next year. While this was probably a once in a lifetime trip for us(My bucket list of sharing Kiawah with grandkids), if it is in God's plans, we do hope to return one day. We appreciated the speedy response to replacing the pool net for cleaning the pool. We were told ahead of time that there were no beach or pool towels, so we packed them, but the house had a ample supply. Not a huge deal, but towels take up a lot of space in suitcases when flying across the country. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone!
