A custom-built mahogany door with cut glass arch and side lights welcomes you into the front foyer with direct sight lines through the living room to the deck, pool, and lagoon.
The spacious living room features hardwood flooring, a gas fireplace, tray ceiling, and Anderson 4-panel wood accent doors that drink in lots of natural light and gorgeous views.
The kitchen is open to the breakfast room, family room, and sunroom. Complete with granite countertops, ceramic beadboard backsplash, cherry and glass-front cabinetry, and high-end appliances, including a Thermador gas cooktop with counter griddle, Rohl pot filler, and ceiling-mount ventilator, the space is both delightful and functional.
A formal dining room off the entry foyer enjoys serene views and seats eight comfortably.
The sunroom can be enjoyed year-round and features a vaulted stained planked ceiling, skylights, and oversized windows and sliding doors.
Just off the kitchen and sunroom, a sizeable family room with brick surround fireplace and towering planked ceiling and custom built-in offers a comfortable, lagoon-side room to relax and enjoy a family gathering, game night, or movie.
The first floor master serves as a luxurious retreat. Washed in a soothing coastal palette, the master features plush carpeting, crown molding, picture windows, and large sliding glass doors that open to the pool. The light-filled private bathroom offers a vaulted ceiling with skylights, frameless walk-in shower, and large garden tub.
Two additional en suite bedrooms offer a king sized bed and every comfort. Plus a FROG (family room over garage) is a great gather space with one king bed and 2 twins, plus a sitting area with a flat screen TV.
