3 Bedroom House in Gilbert

Enjoy our Waterfront getaway on Lake Murray. It includes a private boat ramp, private dock, and over 600 sq ft deck across the entire lake front of the home. The front yard is large and perfect for cornhole, frisbee, and other activities.
This cove is known for excellent kayaking, fishing, boating, and watersports.
We have included a lake side Fire Pit for eight, three hole putting green, 5 person Hot tub, 2 Kayaks, and one Paddle Board.
The .4 acre lot has plenty of parking for all guests.
The space
This home has lake front views from every room and the large deck, spacious yard, and dock is begging you to join the fun that the lake life has to offer.
Downstairs you will find a comfortable living room where you can relax around the gas fireplace and smart TV. The dining and kitchen overlook the lake and offer plenty of space for cooking, and relaxing with friends and family. The master bedroom has a queen bed and has direct access to the deck and outdoor space.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms on the left and right of the home that also gaze out over the water; each with a queen bed, bench, and closet. In the center is a common space that has a folding futon and a sliding glass door to the upper deck. The full bath and laundry are also up to the left.
Outdoors you can relax on the deck patio furniture, in the grass, in the water, or on the dock. Stretch out and catch the sun!

Summary: We had a blast - the location is awesome with great views of the lake - the boat ramp right there on property is amazing - very quiet and laid back neighborhood - tons of outdoor space..sun rises on the back porch for morning coffee and sets on the front of the house for a shady spot to sit in the afternoon sun.

Summary: Stayed for two nights in April as we were going to the Masters in Augusta and wanted somewhere that wasn't "Masters Pricing" but still drivable to get to / from the course. Loved the location - so peaceful and beautiful on the lake. Took the kayaks out and generally just relaxed during out short stay. Would recommend and return again.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Point! The property is absolutely gorgeous & amenities are perfect. Having your own private boat ramp & dock are super convenient. Bait shop is just up the road if you plan to fish. We enjoyed the kayaks & paddleboard as well. The large deck over looking the lake is so nice! The layout of the house itself was perfect for us as well. We love all of the bright natural light coming through the many windows. This spot has everything you need & more! Great folks to work with as well. We will definitely be back!

Summary: My siblings and our loved ones had a wonderful time catching up over NYE weekend at this property. It has everything you need for a weekend at the lake, and I can only imagine how great it is in the summer!
